The 2021 Internationaux de France was the second to last event of the 2021 Grand Prix season and spots were on the line for a number of skaters. Anna Shcherbakova went for her 4th straight Grand Prix gold medal, Alena Kostornaia looked to bounce back after disappointment at her first event, and Wakaba Higuchi aimed to finish her Grand Prix season on a high note.
